Join us for an exciting and informative dance class that will allow students to gain an understanding in developing their skills through movement, proper technique, building confidence, and increasing dance vocabulary. We will also include character work, focusing on development through movement, in order to achieve timing and musicality.  Students will gain experience working both with a partner and small groups.  Each week students will learn basic steps and combinations to teach musicality, rhythm, and coordination with an emphasis in Musical Theatre.

Please attend with comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes for dancing (no open-toed shoes).  Hair must be pulled back out of the face.

January 7, 14, 21 and 28   February 4 and 11

The MCPA Art Club will offer a variety of arts and crafts projects on a weekly basis this winter.  Students in each age group will engage in many different 2D and 3D projects in a variety of mediums including paint, printmaking, drawing, and more.

Classes will meet January 8, 15, 22 and 29;February 5 and 12
